The reporter learned from the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau on the 15th that in order to strengthen product quality supervision, the Bureau organized conveyor belts, anchor rods, conveyors, idlers, fertilizer bags, corrugated boxes, industrial gases, inorganic chemicals, chlor-alkali, and organic materials. 10 kinds of industrial products such as chemicals were supervised and spot checked. Except for the unqualified phenomenon of conveyor belts and idlers for coal mines and organic chemicals, all other industrial products were qualified.
This time, a total of 15 batches of coal mine conveyor belts from our production and distribution units were supervised and spot checked. The detection rate of substandard products was 6.7%. The main quality issue was the tensile performance of the overburdens and between the layers. Adhesion strength is not acceptable. This time, a total of 28 batches of idler quality produced by 21 enterprises in our province were supervised and spot checked. The rate of detection of unqualified products was 3.6%. The main quality issue was the unsatisfactory rotation resistance.
